Incorrect amount on debit orders

1 star is really not an option as this is now the 2nd or 3rd time that a redicioulis incorrect amount was debited from my account.. they don't reply on emails as I have send a few to clear this out but np response. It's a struggle to get hold of them on the customer care line so hello peter is my only way to get a quick response with action
