Incorrect Airtime Received via Mobile App

I purchased a R30 MTN Voucher (#3) via the Mr Price Acccount Mobile application.<br> <br> I received a R29 VODACOM Voucher (#1), instead of my selection.<br> <br> When I phoned to discuss this matter, seconds after receiving the incorrect voucher, I was told that I made the incorrect selection, there is no way that their system is wrong and there is no way that I will be refunded.<br> <br> When I wanted to discuss the situation with a more senior member, I was told to phone MrPrice Money and handle the situation via them.<br> <br> Upon contacting them, they pretty much told me the same soppy story.<br> <br> Quite frankly, I'm sure that the system should be able to indicate whether the code has been loaded and activated on the Vodacom network. Therefore, they can check it, cancel it and refund me my money.<br> <br> This is pathetic and poor service. I want my money back. This is ****************.
