inconvenienced

I wrote a review on a Mobicel IX PRO i bought in March of this year I was told to take back the phone which I did on the 2nd of December to date ther has not been any communication about the phone. I was told about a 21 day turn around time but does that mean I remain in the dark for the 21 working days? What about me and the inconvenience? I am locked out of everything literally. I am sure that phone's system is the problem hasn't been dropped nore immersed in water and I took it back before the year is up. I am without a phone can't check on my children when at work can't report if I'm late or otherwise I don't even want to think about my possible interview calls. I will never recommend anyone to buy a handset from Mr price Mobile I'm left all frustrated and inconvenienced
