Incompetency

Incompetency ,********* Agent and the Company!

whoever the Agent called me yesterday from Mr pricemobile at 17:47. insisted to speak to even though I have inform her that its not a good time to speak. to my disappointment she insisted that I can close my contract as it's already been cancelled from the company side and the company will refund me my R255.00 which was billed on my account, furthermore she said I can apply for other better deals.

I do not want an Agent to call me, I need a manager to contact me and resolve this problem. please make sure whoever call me knows who I am and what is my complaint about. Because if someone call me with no facts. I will escalate this matter further!
