IMEI NUMBER

I bought a phone at Mr price took a phone insurance with them,I lost the phone I claimed they gave me a Second hand phone with no IMEI number on the box I didn't complaining but now I lost the phone,and they don't want to help me yet they are still deducting the insurance premiums I have been calling and they are taking me from pillar to post.
