I'm still waiting for feedback.

I'm disgusted with the service from Mr price mobile. It was advised that my query will be investigated by the team manager and he failed to call me since the last conversation. He advised that his waiting for the call recording in relation to my cancellation last year. Please ensure someone contact me with feedback preferably someone senior as I do not want to deal with Avinash. The service I received from a leader in your organisation was completely unacceptable.
