I was given a very bad attitude by Thokozani Shezi at MRPMobile

There's a lady by the name Thokozani Shezi, the very bad attitude she gave me over the phone wooooow. I even asked her if is that the attitude she gives to all customers or is it just me. I am so disappointed, I did nothing to her but the bad attitude she gave me in return, I hope someone will listen the conversation I had with her on this day 31 October 2023 at 16:41 to 16:50.
