I regret taking this Tablet

<p>This whole process was a lie </p> <p>Firstly I was told that I could use it for 7 days to test the network and to see if I wanted it, but when I received it there was a sticker saying if I break the seal I have to pay for it. So I have not opened it it is still exactly as I received it. <br />I have tried multiple times to call the customer care - which no one ever answers!!</p> <p>Even on Tuesday when a lady from your offices phoned to ask if I was happy with the Tablet I told her that I want to send it back I am not happy - she put me through to customer care, again I was holding for more that 20 minutes and no one had assisted me.</p> <p>Secondly I was told that If I was not happy I could take the Tablet to any Mr Price store and they will return it - Another lie!! I went to the store and was told that they don't deal with the Cellphone's. <br />I have to call customer care to arrange the Tablet to be collected from me.</p> <p>I am very frustrated with this service and I would appreciate if you could arrange for the Tablet to be collected as everything I was told was a lie and I do not make use of your services. I would not recommend anyone using MR PRICE MOBILE. What tey tell you and how things actully work is two completely different stories!!!!</p>
