I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gooday I hope this will be the last complaint and I hope someone will help me.I have been calling, email and whatsapp for a month now but no one want to help me.I don't receive statements and my cellphone number is not update.I called them to update my cellphone number and they told me to go to my nearest Mr Price store which is 300km away from my home.So anyway I drove that 300km just to update my cellphone number because I don't even get statements to my cellphone and how will I know my monthly installment,if I don't pay then it will be my fault.Im asking a simple thing to do update my cellphone number it is ***,My I'd number is ***. I've done everything you ask but you still didn't update my cellphone number and now I can't even link my account to online shopping.Dont you want me to be a customer or what seems to be the problem.Please someone update my cellphone number that's all I'm asking.Thanks in advance.
