I'm upset angry as hell

<p>I'm upset angry as hell these will do anything to get your money. At the end of July they have deduct R180 from my account after I did not use their SIM card for the month of July I tried to call them and I hold on for more than 9minutes after telling my story to the consultant they put me on hold all my airtime was finish. I don't even use their SIM card and it's supposed to be 129 rand How can they deduct R180 and they block the phone 10 Months ago so it's laying here I can't even use it. I'm will get a lawyer if they deduct more money again next month.</p> <p>Sarah</p>
