I Hope to get a response‼️‼️

I have had the worse experience ever with Mr.Price. As a loyal customer for 15 Years I am dissapointed. I bought a phone from Mr.Price V&A Waterfront last year in April , in September phone started giving problems and I took the phone back to store for pairs as it was still in warranty time. Today 11 January 2024 I have not heard a single word from Mr.Price. No one has answers. I have been in store numerous times and it gets told she is waiting on area manager for 4 months??? I am highly disappointed in Mr.Price.
