I get debited without having an account MrPmobile

I been having an issue with MRPmobile a account was created for a product that was returned in the specified time and i called to check if the package was received in good order and it was confirmed.<br> Every monthend my account is debited for a product that was returned back to MrPMobile.<br> Every time i call MrPmobile am taken from pillar to post.<br> I was given a reference no:*** and no feedback.<br> They came back to me on Hello Peter but the was a generated response and no intended action was received from MrPMobile or feedback.<br> Am seeking legal advise regarding this matter because it will end up affecting my credit report, for<br> MrpMobile terrible service delivery is a norm and every month i get debited for a package i don't have is that fair practice MrpMobile is that how business is conducted in your field?<br> I want no i need this matter to be resolved from your side ASAP.<br> Your feedback would be appreciated and i can be contacted on ***.<br> Regards,<br> Tebogo
