i am debited even when i ve cxd my account
My mother received a phone but was not happy with it and she had to take it back.your courier company came and took the phone back.she was made to pay R200..after that she HAS BEEN RECEIVING DEBITS FOR R549 EVERY MONTH.She has to go to the bank to reverse them everytime.She got no joy calling your call center to stop these debits.Why are you debiting for what????<br> can you please sort this matter out as a BIG COMPANY.
