Horrible service from Mr Price mobile department

I need answers ! Mr Price mobile department is horrible. I took a contract with them in May, I only received airtime for two months, May and June, which was the last time I received airtime. I made sure to pay every month with the hope that I’ll receive airtime from them but nothing. I contacted them via email in August and explained that I haven’t received airtime for July and I’m still waiting for airtime for August of which I had already paid for. They responded my email saying that the airtime will be in by the 11th of August of which it didn’t but yet I’m expected to pay. In September I wrote an email requesting to cancel my contract with them as I am not receiving airtime but I’m expected to pay. Ever since i have not heard from them. I tried going to the physical store of Mr Price but i’m still not getting help and the balance keeps increasing yet I haven’t been receiving airtime since June. Your service is horrible! You are quick to offer service in the beginning but fail to keep up. Horrible, I would not recommended anyone to use your services !
