Horrible service ever

my name is Victoria Njaxa ID *** it been 3 to 4 weeks I've send my tablet for repairs which i was told it will only take 7 day when i call them their put me on hold or hag up or transfer you cal to pillar to post or their tell you that the person who suppose to help you is busy it until today i have not receive that tablet but their busy collecting my money as their always busy
