Horrible service

Last week went to the store to collect my Mrp money card and was given their mrp mobile sim card,later that day 8 received a call and accepted that my number can be ported to my mrp Sim days later when I check the Sim Card, the damn thing is not work and no one is communicating with me. I've sent emails, no response. I need this to be sorted as my number is registered on all my accounts and I'm not receiving any communication.
