Horrible Customer service
<p>Since I took a mobile contract with Mr Price two months ago, I have been paying for VAS which I never app**** for nor gave my consent.</p> <p>It’s impossible to get hold of their contact center, they never rep**** to my email and last time I waited for 1h15 over the phone listening over and over to music without speaking to any consultant.</p> <p>I would like to cancel my contract….</p>
