mr price mobile is the worst, no networks are prepared to repair phones sold by MR Price. Be warned that customer care is impossible to get hold of, the whats app line does not respond to queries or request, the complaint line does not respond nor do they respond to website complaints. you must notify them a month before your contract expires that you want to cancel it. I have tried to cancel my contract for 4 months. i am now spreading the word of this ********** service. i need to make sure nobody else falls in this contractual trap.
