Help me with my phone claim .

I lost my phone and I claim for it but mrprice insurance they haven't rep**** to it. I am paying for this insurance every month.so I would like to advise other people about this insurance that they shouldn't join it they have poor services. I did everything they wanted me to do and right now I am helpless
