Handed Over for no Reason will take this matter further

I am very angry with MRP Mobile i apply for a cell phone contract they delivered the package told them i dont like the package they delivered because what i see and what they were selling its not the same so they told me the corrier guys will collect the package then they took three weeks to collect the package. Aftre the corrier guys took the package they told me MRP will call me once they recieved their package which they didn't so i took my time to call them spoke to the lady by the name of Pretty she told me they did receive asked them are they going to debit the cancellation fee or must i go pay at MRP they told me that they gonna debit come month end no money was debited left money into my account for more that three weeks after pay day but still nothing then they have a nerve to hand me over to their attorneys for what i dont understand receiving numerous calls from the attorneys called MRP Mobile they told me the file is not handed over so i dont know what to do now im sick and tired of these calls and they told me they will list me on ITC.
