Great Customer Service

<p>A lady named Jeanine Naire MRP Mobile Customer Care, has been a great assistance to me during my contract termination, long story short, she knows how to treat a customer as an individual,valuable and can make one feel so important. I merely think South Africa as a whole needs poeple like Jeanine Naire in the Customer Service industry.</p> <p> </p> <p>She actually made sure that i do everything properly and help me through the process, even explained the other amount i needde to pay to conclude my account which other lady i can't mention didn't bother to, but only told me to pay some amount ii don't know about and never explained about. But Jeanine took over and me understand fully, after that I was more than willing to pay that certain amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>She deserves a reward based on what i have just mentioned above, people like her need to be appreciated when a great job has been done.</p>
