*****ulant deductions after account has been closed

I have closed and paid up this account in December 2016 and they are still deducting R 128.00 every month from my bank. I have sent several emails and always get a response that an agent will contact me shortly, no one has yet, My first email to them was Mrs L W Greyling ID WITHHELD
