i have never been frustrated ever in my life . i had a clothing account with mr price which i decided to close on the 30th of April in mr price Carlton center Johannesburg. they assured me that the account was closed .haven't used it since but a month back i got a call that they gonna deliver a sim card which i had not approve of.. i declined .today while going through my email, it says i owe mr price money for sim cancellation .. i mean what sim and on which account cause according to my knowledge the account was closed and i declined the sim. their call centre is as useless and its frustrating. i need a call reference where i agreed to taking the sim .. they better close that account and i'm not paying for something i never ordered.. bad bad service and is it even legal to be using an account which was suppose to be closed, whoever made sales on my name better pay with the commission they made .. that's *****
