They sell you a useless piece of **** phone!! I agreed on 100mb data cause I was told I could top up with Cell C. I bought 1Gig on my banking app on my cell phone, now apparently I cannot top up with data?? What the hell must I do with 100mb per month????? If you call customer care the people are as thick as bricks!!!!! Why do they sell things under false pretence??? USELESS!!!

20 Jun 2019, 11:46Your customer care consultants are stupid as hell!!!!! They lie as far as they go!!! Im goint to take things further!!!! This month you deducted double the amount I agreed upon... No one gets back to you when you email.... I know about the comsumer protection act!! You people better sort this because I refuse to leave this here.... Sicial media is a wonderful place and I will ensure EVERYONE FINDS OUT ABOUT YOUR ********** ACTIVITIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
