***** INVETIGATION EXCEEDING 60 DAYS!!!!!!!

I am so frustrated with this store 2 months and I have conformed to their ridiculous requirements on ***** on my account , There was an airtime purchases made on my account and after an Affidavit and copy of my ID and a few many phone calls and a store visit still no resolution, I have been calling since November 16th 2022 and the turnaround moves from 24-48hours to 30 days , its 2023 Jan 2nd and still no resolution, I updated y mobile number and there is proof of the Mr. Price application and they haven't resolved this but expect me to pay my account regularly , it's almost paid in full and a ***** investigation can't take this long. I emailed my docs at least 6 times and once to an actual human and not these stupid generic boxes, she confirmed receipt and promised to get ack tome and still nothing WHAT ON EARTH!!!! this pathetic!
