***** by misrepresetation

I was ****med by Mr Price mobile, I was also told that as my Sheet street account is paid up they want to send me a sim card at no cost, the sim card is free no monthly fees, it's a prepaid card delivered to my work. I only realized later when I received my statement that there's R100 charged to my account plus card fees and interest, I haven't used the card or any airtime they billed me for. I have tried to cancel this since Dec 2017 as I told the consultant that I already have a prepaid sim. Please help as this account will ***** my good credit record.
