They presented a cellphone contract to me in 2014 and l took it. It got lost and l informed them and stopped airtime that they were loading it on a monthly basis and reduced my installment from R199 to R90. It was a 2 year contract but since then l paid it up until this year where l decided to reverse and block them after emails and phone calls requesting them to cancel the. Mind you they do not have offices where you can go face to face and let them stop rebutting. Every moment l receive a call stating that l must pay whereas they did not even replace the one that was lost.
