***** against me by ********* agents

I am so angry and disappointed by the ***** against me by such a big company. I had taken out a cellphone by account. I finished paying for it but now I'm being contacted by debt collectors saying that I owe this account because I supposedly received a sim card that gets loaded with airtime. I was told that this was a free card. I have lodged a dispute and spoken to agent to agent but no one is assisting me. Take this money of my name because I have never agreed to it. I was told that calls are being recorded however up until now Mr price is not investigating or even giving me the so called recordings of our conversation or me agreeing to this
