<p>I received an sms in January that I have an account that is in arrears with Mr. Price Mobile, I was requested to call DALY, I called them to find out which account are they referring to.</p> <p>I was told that I bought a phone from Mr. Price Mobile and the contract was done telephonically. I informed them that I don’t have an account with Mr. Price and never had any dealings with them.</p> <p>I requested a call of the sale as well as the documents that were used on that sale. I was told that there were no documents used as it was a verbal agreement , I am still waiting for the call</p> <p>I was told to do the affidavit and a copy of my ID which I send it numerous times . I kept on getting the sms and I called , send emails to request the outcome of the investigation and its been 2 months now, I am still waiting .</p> <p>AS FRUSTRATED AS I AM , THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED AND I HAVE RUN OUT OF PATIENCE . MY CREDIT PROFILE IS BEEN DENTED BY THIS COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HAVE PROCESS TO ELIMINATE ***** AND THEY CANNOT BOTHERE, THEY SEEM NOT TO CARE ABOUT QUERY.</p> <p> </p>
