Fradulent account

Last year in December, someone **********ly took a cell phone contract at MR Price mobile with my details. On 19 December 2015 I sent an email to customer care explaining the situation, then on 05 January 2016 some *********** lady named Nerasha Randhani responded and asked me to send her my I.D and proof of residence, I sent those documents as requested and I called to confirm if she received them and she agreed and promise to give me feedback shortly, until today I haven't received any feedback from her, I even called numerous times since she was not giving me any feedback. Every time when I called I get told that they left her a message and she will get back to me or sometimes you get someone who drops a phone in your ear. I'm playing a game of cat and mouse with Mr Price mobile in my bank account because they will debit my account and I will stop it with the bank and reverse it then they will change a debit reference number and debit it again. They even listed me at Transunion as a bad payer. Please help.<br> <br>
