Forced to Keep tablet + data @ inflated price

They never disclose they use Cell C . I have not receive a contract with terms and conditions, they only say t&c's I do not have a user manual for tablet and wasted loads of data . When I phoned them to cancel the contract and want to return tablet , they say I have to pay for handset with cancelation fee . Handset is R2599.99 at Incredible but Mr Price Mobile wants R4000 + and says I must use their data for 4 months before it is canceled. Which means I'd be stuck with a Non Service provider and network I do not have a liking for . Which also angers me more Mr Price in Knysna don't even no that Mr Price Mobile exist and have devices. They only know about airtime.
