First double debit orders now tripple debit orders

Last month you debited my account twice and then said it was due to this charges and that charges, none of which were explained before hand or expected. Now this morning 3 debit orders go off for Mrpmobile!!!!!! When I took this contract I was told the monthly fee would be R99 per month. The debit orders this morning - R245.95 , R138 and R49.50. This is ********** and I want my money back and you can take this contract and stuff it. You can't come say this is for phone calls or data because after the last incident I got rid of the SIM card so it's not even in use. The last time I waited days for any calls and all I got was excuses, your customer service is pathetic.
