Fed-up with MR Price Mobile Insurance

I am so fed-up with MRP service, I don't know how many-times I've called them to refund my money that belongs to me for excess fee R400+R800 for device I paid, this case it has been going on since last year 2023. I've sent proof of payment bank account Mon, Mar 25, 1:26 PM, I've sent the bench of emails regarding with this but dololoo. When they call they always promise me that they are going to resolve the matter I will receive my money asap, I've been singing a same song since last for my refund I don't know what to do now and its very painful for me to spend all the money I have to contact them whereas they are not assist me since 2023. They services its pathetic.....
