Faulty cellphones

I bought 2 mobicell cellphones in which case on did not work at all it freezes and switches itself off the only thing it does is make and receive calls. I took it back one day after buying it but mr price refused to exchange the cellphone. The phone is just sitting at home i dont know what to do anymore please help me
