False promises and wrong products

I have never in all my life ever come across such bad service, I feel sorry for the call centre staff as I think they are taking so much strain with the way mrpmobile is allowing them to deal with frustrated customers. They are the ones getting shouted at and having to sit calmly listening to highly frustrated clients. I will never deal with these ppl again. They were in breach of contract and it has taken me almost three months to cancel this as all they do is promise to rectify this and NOTHING...I have spoken to at least 9 different staff and the supervisor and nothing..finally today I got my contract cancelled and they will be refunding me the money already taken off my banking account. SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE ON THE DEALERS PART. I don't know how these call centre staff manage to stay calm....well done to them!! ..but the MRPMOBILE SERVICE SUCKS. These call centre ppl are just doing what they told...I RATE YOU ZERO!!!!!
