On 23-02-2016 I got a call from an agent of mrpmobile promoting a tablet and their new network, I was told that if I didnot like the tablet I could return it within 7days without being charged anything. I got the tablet on 26-02-2016 and I returned it today (29-02-2016) and I was told by one of the agents that I had to pay about R400 and R99 to return it. Why should I pay when I was told I willnot be charged for returning the tablet??
