false advertising and no proper information given

On thursday 21 january 2016 i was called by a salesperson of mrpmobile wanting to sell a cell phone to me ( huawei y3c) . Initially i was sceptical but the sale person later known as agash kept on rambling about how brilliant the phone is and how it was the same size as the iphone 6 with a frontal camera flash etc. Of course this bought me and i agreed to take the phone. This agash guy re-itterated that if i was not happy with the phone i recieved , i could return the phone within 5 days without having to pay a cent. Please note that he repeated this statement atleast 3 or for times . When the deal was eventually closed , a verifier called me and made the same statement pertaining to R0 cancelation fees. The phone arrived on friday 22nd january and as per normal i opened the package to see if i would be satisfied with the product. Naturally i realised this phone was not as promised and decided to cancel the contract on monday. I called the customer service centre and spoke to sherwin( 1600) who informed me that i will have to pay a fee of close to R500 because of my cancelation. I declined and feel that my consumer rights were violated with no terms and conditions fully comunicated
