Failure to issue paid up letter to the credit Bureaus

This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with mrp mobile...they coerced my husband into taking a contract phone which would cost R69pm however every month they were debiting over R300 when we stopped the debit orders to dispute this we got no response at all..after some time we contacted mrpmobile to make arrangements for the full outstanding amount to be paid up as we didn't want any defaults.the account was then paid up on 30th June however to our dismay mrpmobile went and listed a default on the credit bureaus after the account was paid up..as this was done on 7th July. .we have since been calling daily requesting for the default to be removed and we were issued with a paid up letter however the credit bureaus have advised that only an authorised administrator may send through this to be removed via there admin box on the system. .we have called to request for this to be done and sent emails but still no response.from mrpmobile in fact the credit bureau has also logged a dispute with mrpmobile but have to date not received a response... This is completely unacceptable and we require immediate action for this to be resolved. A Roberts ********** 768
