Extremely dissapointed and upset!

HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED! bought a phone in July 2017 by November /December the phone was already giving me problems. I phoned to report the problem and the company was support to collect the phone and it was never collected. I phoned again in May to report and request that the company take the phone as I want nothing to do with the phone because I am constantly having problems with this phone.

only in August the phone was collected from me on the 17th and today is the 30th August the phone is back it's still not working and the screen is damaged! when I sent the phone its had a creaked screen protector and now the screen protector is no longer there!
