Extra money charged
<p>I have a Mr Price cell phone contract. I asked speciffically to only pay the R99 per month. Now for the last ±3 months they have been charging me R99 + R149. I have contacted them on two occassions but was told that i must wait for an agent to contact me. I phoned them on 11 July and 14 July 2016 and to this day they are still deducted the R149. I want my money refunded please.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>

Good day. I was told by Mr Price Mobile that my money will be refunded within two weeks and nothing has been paid back. Can you assist.

I have previously contacted Hello Peter with regard to Mr Price Mobile. They charged me an extra R148 per month which was cancelled and i was told that the monies will be refunded to me. Yesterday i received a call that the money will not be refunded and that they will deduct my monthly fee from the amount. I was also told that my payment for this month is R139 and not R99 as per agreement. I was also told that i will be billed for any extra calls made on the account after my R99 is used. I was told that it will only cost R99 per month and i can buy airtime if i so need. I have not even been using the sim for calls. They have been creating alot of stress for me with regard to this contract. i am responsible for it but i also agreed to R99 per month and now they are adding new rules to this contract. I believe they are upset with regard to my first email to Hellopeter.
