Actually am writing this review on behalf of my mother, This company is taking advantage of the elderly and they are ****** of the highest calibre!!

In January we emailed them to ask for the account statement to check the balance, one of their consultants rep**** and told us the account was paid up and we should indicate whether we want to continue or not. I explicitly told them she has no desire to continue getting their monthly data.

But end of February, they send a note saying she owes them R1100.00!! When we asked what for? they said she skipped a payment and they will hand her account over to collections department!! And right now the account is standing at R1250.00 because she had not indicated that she wants to stop.

The main issue here is that we have proof of their correspondences between us and them. Also, since the beginning of the year the have not sent her data whatsoever, so the question is What is it they they are demanding the money for?????
