EXCUSES FROM MR PRICE WHEN IT COMES TO HONORING THEIR WARRANTIES

I recently gave my son cash to buy a cellphone from Mr Price in Mall of the South. Four months later the phone is malfunctioning. My son went to the very same store where he bought the gadget. The store cannot look at the phone even though he has the box and all the other information that they captured including his ID. They are saying that they cannot help because of the recent looting. The reality is that there was never any looting on our mall. This is unfair and ********* business practice. When a business cannot assist its clients whilst having all the information at their disposal. They give a warranty and now all of a sudden they have so many excuses.
