DONT BUY A CELLPHONE FROM MRP MOBILE

i was contacted by a telesales lady and offered a phone which i excepted because i needed one for my car . On delivery i notice that the phone does not perform the way the lady explained and refuse to connect to car . the ring tone of the phone was so soft that i had to switch of radio in order to hear phone . I then started to complain to which the phone was collected . Mrp did not even honor their own 21 day return policy and more than a month later i received a new phone but exactly the same . This one was delivered with a stick which came broken in the box and this new phone had the same faults as the first one . I have accused Mrp of selling cheap grey import because this phone is not fit for the South African market . I also suggested that they give me a better quality phone even if it means paying more to which they refuse . It is time that all South Africans stand together and stop this unfair bussiness trading by big concerns , i have given Mrp till Wednesday 25/10/2017 to sort out this mess or all this complaints will go on national media a week later . Like i said , we need to standup for our rights and fight them together as a group contact me at ********** . Buy your next phone at a reputable dealer , i have learnt my lesson .
