Does not take No for a answer

<p>Mrpmobile phoned me in november 2016 to give me a top up R 100 sim card . I said no more then once because I have a cell phone and don't need other one . I also laught at them because they say it will go off on my miladys account . I dont want this R 100 top up . Now i must pay for something i dont want .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
