Does not deserve even this 1 star

<p>I am so over the terrible service from Mr Price Mobile. This time I cannot even get the correct story from 3 different consultants when cancelling my contract and tranferring to a prepaid number. Last week 2 consultants tell me that within 24 to 48 hours my contract will be cancelled and ported to a prepaid number. In fact on Friday I asked the consultant to confirm that by Monday which is today i would have a prepaid number so that i can go have my number ported to another provider and she confirmed this. Now I phone to hear that yes the contract is cancelled but i will only have the prepaid number at month end, and to top it all I have to phone in again on Saturday to confirm that is the case. Seriously how can a company be so incompetant. </p> <p>I cannot wait to be rid of Mr Price Mobile</p>
