Dissapointing - MRPmobile and Mint Mobile

I am so disappointed on MRPmobile, for promoting mint mobile while they cannot assist when it faulty. I took a contract with MRPmobile and now am unable to use the phone due to battery faulty. neither mint mobile nor MRPmobile could help. I have to continue paying for a useless thing I can't make use of. I feel that MRPmobile don't care about their customers, as they can't be giving a contract of 24 months on a product that can only be used for 6 months thereafter you have no phone and they can't help you.
