Dishonesty

On friday the 9th of October 2015 I was called by an agent Navin Vedasee offering a Prestigo 7inch tablet for R129. He advised that once I recieve the device I can return it within 5days once delivered If I am not happy with the device. I recieved the tablet on Tuesday 13 October 2015. When I got home to have a look at the tablet features I was not happy with the mega pixel of the camera and the network that came with the card. I then called the contact center to cancel the contract but I was advised to pay R443.27 for cancellation as I have opened the seal. Can some body advise me how was I to view the device if I could not open it? more over I was not initially advised about the cancellation charge from the beginning.<br> Even the agent by the name Neeve confirmed that the sales agent are very quick to make a sale and don't advise potential clients with all the appropriate information.<br> I am very dissapointed with the service I have had from Mr Price Mobile. I do not have the R443.27 and will certainly not pay it but I am still sayng that I am not happy with the Prestigo Tablet.
