Dishonest

<p>It is disgusting that a company like Mrp operates in such a manner and appearently doesn't care what the customers complain about. They sell you a contract phone, without properly describing the phone. When you have a problem they insist you cancel the contract and pay a cancellation fee (R431.00). They collect the phone and still keep on submitting a debit order of various amounts. The contract deal was R149.00. First month, ( I reported my dissatisfaction within 7 days) they deducted R169.00. Next month R1431.00 and now R1006.00. This is after numerous e-mails, telephone calls and reprted to the ombudsman. Surely there is something one they do as they now just ignore and mean of communication. Who is their big boss???</p>
