Disgusting service

<p>In 2014 I opened a cell contract with Mr Price mobile for R99 per month. Within the first couple of months they deducted up to R300 extra of my account. I then decided to not use this contract anymore but honoured the contract by still paying the R99 per month. I knew that the contract would expire in 2016 around AUgust , September. They kept on phoning me wanting to know if I want to continue with the contract which I always rep**** - no as I think it is the worst cell provider ever.</p> <p>After September they kept on deducting the R99 from my account. They took money from me and I had nothing not a new contract not a new phone nothing. So i reversed the debit order every time and every time they phoned me I said to them that we don't have a contract anymore. THis has been going on up to now where they are making us pay the outstanding money and only then will they accept our cancellation of the contract. We paid it after many calls and fights, I also per email cancelled the contract, but since then I haven't heard anything. I don't know if this is in fact now settled or what. I am opting to go to the Ombudsman as they took my money for nothing .</p>
