Seeing that you don't have a direct method to contact your insurance claims dept, I will use this platform. Firstly the call centre staff is rude and have no way of speaking to customers when trying to get assistance with a claim but when they phoned me the first time to take the insurance they were very polite and I understand now why, this is just a money making **** because I have to pay insurance for the phone but when the phone got ****** and I needed to claim the call centre staff had a different attitude and the were rude. I have now sent you all the required information and phone the call centre numerous times but no one can give me a straight answer. You'll sell lies when you phone us for insurance..
